With flexible function room sizes and a dedicated board room, if it’s a meeting for 3 people or a conference for up to 160 delegates, the Adelaide Meridien can cater for your needs, with an excellent choice of food & beverage packages available, and the ability to cater for dietary requirements, either in your conference room or in the onsite Perfect Cup cafe.
Audio visual and conferencing aids (such as data projectors, microphones, whiteboard, flat screen TV’s etc) can be incorporated in your quotation, with many of these included in the room hire cost. We also offer free wireless internet access throughout the property, including for all delegates attending your business event, if required.
For something a bit outside of the norm, we have a range of suppliers that we work closely with and can recommend for your additional function decoration or technical requirements.
If you have delegates travelling to attend, let us accommodate them onsite. Ask our Sales Executive for the best corporate accommodation rate available for the date/s of your conference or seminar. For those coming by car, there is some free car parking available onsite and there is also a range of free car parking within very close walking distance, just off Melbourne Street – the Sales Executive can provide you with parking instructions before the day.
